Well Thanksgiving was uneventful. We went up to John's parents house and ate like pigs. Good food and family can't be beat. Of course this is the first Turkey Day without my Mom so it's still rough at time. Yesterday we went to my sister's and helped her clean up the left overs. I could eat turkey everyday. That crazy girl cooked a turkey and a ham for 5 people!!!! We got to bring home more food so we can nestle in for the rest of the weekend. She gave her the bone from the ham so I can whip up some soup later today.
A couple of weeks ago we got a new dog. Though I posted but I guess I forgot. She is amazing. Calm cool collected, totally the oposite of our last one. She does not get on the furniture and won't go upstairs. Kinda perfect.

I wish I could have a dog, but my current living circumstances make that impractical and would be unfair to an animal that needs lots of space and regular walks and lots of playtime exercise.
